High School Minister
Northwest Bible Church is searching for a High School Minister who is a creative, fun and energetic individual who ideally has experience managing an effective team ministry with staff and volunteers in a larger church setting. The ideal candidate is relational, confident, teachable, approachable and clearly called to serve students and their families.
The High School Minister will collaborate with the Student Ministry team to develop and cast a clear long-term vision for the ministry. This ministry vision will include a strategy that reflects the importance of recruiting, equipping, and retaining volunteers. This leader will personally care for and encourage leaders so that they enjoy working with students as part of the High School ministry team. The High School Minister will ensure the plan includes annual metrics that measure growth and success, so that evaluation becomes an integral part of ensuring effectiveness as the ministry moves forward. As stated above, the ministry is eager to welcome an organized leader who will inspire students, volunteers and parents in a way that creates energy and momentum.
