Church description

Faith Community Church is very family driven, investing highly in the children & youth ministries. We are currently running 250-300 in congregation size, and about 50 kids in our youth ministry. We are seeking a highly driven person who has the call of God for pastoral ministry. Our ministry happens in rural Iowa, so it's important that this new youth pastor has a strong grasp of how to minister effectively in this unique culture.
