Church description

We began in a former "honky-tonk" with a congregation of 8 people led by a pastor fresh out of seminary. Tom McCoy is still leading Thompson Station Church nearly 30 years later. We've grown steadily through the years, with a focus on prayer, evangelism and family ministry. We have strong preschool, elementary and student ministries that include summer camps and the largest VBS in the area.
We experience freedom in worship, and strong biblical preaching. We still offer small groups for all ages (preschool-adults) on Sunday mornings on the campus. We also have small groups off campus. We have 1 satellite campus led by a campus pastor who has a genuine heart for hands on ministry in the community. We plan to expand our satellite campuses with this community centered philosophy. We are authentic, our relationships with one another are real, our people genuinely love and care for one another. We recently planted 2 churches, one in Cincinnati, OH and another in Las Vegas, NV. We support missionaries worldwide, and have strategic partnerships with 4 countries as well as cooperative relationships with several others.
