Church description

We are a mid-sized congregation in an "inner ring" suburb of Chicago (commuter train runs right through our community). Trinity has some racial and ethnic diversity. We hail from economically diverse backgrounds, and are located in a community highly oriented towards families youth and children. We sit in the midst of some huge economic/class diversity.

Trinity has recently become a Reconciling Congregation and seeks to live into this call upon our community. Trinity people love to serve others through mission work, place a high value on worship participation and music ministries.

We are known as a congregation that connects well with people through worship, smaller group settings, music ministry, missions and faith formation.

We are 45 minutes from Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary, 15 minutes from O'Hare airport, and 45 minutes from downtown Chicago.
