Job Description

St. James UMC in Greenville, NC, is searching for a full-time Director of Children, Youth, and Family Ministries to inspire children, empower youth, and support families in growing a stronger connection with Christ and one another. The Director of Children, Youth, and Family Ministries leads the ministry so that children, youth, and families can flourish spiritually, emotionally, and relationally. In this role, the Director works closely with the Family Ministries Coordinator to provide leadership to the ministry, build relationships with families and volunteers, and implement programming for children, youth, and families to grow and foster their relationship with Christ and one another.

The annual salary is $50,000-$52,000, with benefits worth more than $10k - including a 9% employer-paid pension contribution, excellent health insurance with 90% premium paid for employee & 75% paid for family, continuing education allowance, and PTO/sick leave days.
