Church description
Earlier this year our church met in small groups to discuss, "What is the one thing this church needs over everything else?" The overwhelming response for our number one priority is to have; "A viable, thriving, youth and children's ministry." Our church is committed to re-establishing a sustainable youth and children's program with solid pastoral support, laity participation, parental volunteers, and the resources needed for growing incredible family friendly, youth and children's ministries.
Our package includes a competitive salary, with insurance, and housing in large, beautiful parsonage.. Applicants should be dedicated Christians with a keen desire to bring Christ to Jr. High and Sr. High youth, through Bible study, creative activities, worship, and service. Preferred BA in Christian Education or equivalent with work experience and computer skills. UMC background preferred.
