The Alliance Church of Elizabethtown wishes to announce their search for a Part-time Youth Ministry Director position effective immediately

Currently, our youth group is comprised of 15 awesome kids! Our youth come from a variety of backgrounds, but most come from strong Christian families. On the whole, the youth group is relationally strong and spiritually growing. In fact, we’re thankful to say that our youth genuinely desire to be challenged in their spiritual walks right now!

Not only that, we’ve got a great support team of volunteer leaders in place who are committed to faithfully investing in our youth, instructing them, inspiring them by their personal examples, and finally, igniting them with a passion for Jesus Christ and equipping them for life.

In light of the above, we are looking for someone who is a strong leader as well as a passionate and creative communicator. Because we value working together, we are seeking a “team player” who will be highly committed to partnering with parents and the Youth Leadership Team in the oversight of the ministry. Most importantly, we seek a Youth Ministry Director who is fully devoted to Jesus Christ, sincerely loves youth, and believes that God can do amazing things through them!
