Additional information

Currently, I am a part-time youth director at Kings Avenue Baptist Church in Brandon, FL. It is my passion to do this full-time.
In my experience, I have taught students ages 13-17. I teach on a weekly to bi-weekly basis. Currently I am going through a series through Acts on Wednesdays, virtually. I promote events and plan fund raising opportunities for camp and mission trips. I also plan different events throughout the year to keep my students engaged including, but not limited to, Lock-Ins, Summer Parties, Movie outings, Dinners, etc. If I did this full-time, I would be able to devote even more to building those relationships. I am also in constant communication with students, parents, and leaders. Making sure everyone is informed of the events that are going on.

I have used different resources to enhance my skills as a Youth Director. I have a master's degree in counseling/executive leadership from Liberty University and a Bachelor's in Communication studies from Liberty University. While in college, I worked at two different camps as a counselor, River Valley Ranch in MD and Sambica Camp in WA. I have also worked for the best company w hen it comes to customer service, Walt Disney World. Working there taught me a lot about engaging clients and keeping "magic" alive for them.

I believe I will be a great candidate for this position and would love to be considered. Please let me know if you need any additional information and I will be happy to get it to you.
