Building and leading strong teams
Discipleship and Evangelism Strategies
As you will note in my resume I have experience in building strong teams that are fully equipped in reaching the next generation. In our ministry at Bowling Green State University we took 25 students and grew it to about 700 in attendance. When we started Uproar here in the DFW area we took a team of 7 people and grew it to a couple hundred in our first 2 years.
I recently resigned from Uproar to launch Project 2540 which is a discipleship initiative High school students and Young Adults.
I am confident that my unique combination of professional experience, accomplishments and personal strengths would make me a valuable asset to your organization.
