Central Community Christian Fellowship in Riverside, California is seeking a Lead Pastor to join our team as we serve our community and help with our outreach programs to those in need. We are looking for someone who has the opportunity for career advancement and ministry at our Church and to the worldwide Church.

As our Lead Pastor, you will have the incredible opportunity to engage with and lead our ministries working alongside a dedicated team of volunteers and staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement relevant and engaging programs, events, and activities that foster spiritual growth, character development, and community involvement.
Prepare and preach weekly sermons that interpret biblical scriptures for the congregation to help them live a full life as followers of Jesus Christ. Provide care and pastoral counseling to the church and assist them in crisis situations.
Mentor and build meaningful relationships with our members, providing guidance and support as they navigate the challenges of life and explore their faith.
Help lead and organize regular worship services, Bible studies, and small group discussions that inspire and challenge the minds of all.
Collaborate with the church leadership to integrate adults, youth, and children into the larger Central Community Church community and encourage their active participation.
Qualifications:
A deep commitment to Jesus Christ and a solid understanding of Christian principles.
Previous experience working with adults, youth, and others, preferably in a pastoral or leadership role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people and build trust.
Ability to organize and coordinate events, manage volunteers, and create engaging content tailored to their needs and for the growth of the church.
Genuine passion for community service and an understanding of how to apply faith in a practical, compassionate way.

We have been bless for over many years of having a Homeless ministry to the Street of Skid row called Jackets for Jesus. A food ministry that right now support 1000 people each week. A Children Orphanage that we built and own called Siempre Para Los Ninos. Building 17 homes for people in Mexico and building three Churches. A Thanksgiving Dinner and delivery on Thanksgiving Day that each years feeds 3000 to 4000 people. Going to Kenya to build a Church, school and help people in need and many more opportunities God has place in our hands. We are looking forward to what God has instore for us as a church and looking forward to new leadership that will lead us to new dreams.
