Job Description
Pastor of Student Ministries
Faith Evangelical Church of Radcliffe, Iowa is seeking a new Pastor of Student Ministries. This full-time position entails leading and organizing an effective youth ministry, while also pastorally investing in our church. We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates a hunger for God’s Word, a desire to build God’s kingdom, and a passion for reaching people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
The Duties of the Pastor of Student Ministries will include:
-Pastoral leadership and oversight of our student ministry (7-12 grade)
-Pastoral assistance in working with our Senior Pastor to shepherd God’s Church

We are a healthy, non-denominational church of about 150 located in a rural community approximately 30 minutes north of Ames, Iowa. We are conservative in our doctrine, holding to the faithful exposition of God’s Word. We are blended in our music styles, incorporating both traditional and contemporary hymns and choruses into our worship services.
