Director of Youth Ministries
Fort Payne First Methodist Church is seeking a full-time Director of Youth Ministries to lead a Christ-centered, discipleship-focused ministry for students in 7th–12th grade. This role provides the opportunity to shape a thriving ministry that reaches students across multiple schools and homeschool networks. We're looking for a mature and spirit-filled leader with a strong biblical foundation, a heart for students, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with students, parents, and volunteers. The director will provide vision, structure, and consistent leadership to help students grow in their faith and become lifelong disciples of Jesus Christ. Fort Payne First Methodist is located in the heart of Fort Payne, Alabama.We are an active, growing, generous, God-centered, team-based, and people-focused church. Our desire is to reach the next person for Jesus and help them to become fully devoted disciples of Jesus.

Fort Payne is located in the Northeast corner of Alabama (an hour from Chattanooga Tennessee, an hour from Rome, Georgia, and an 1.5 hours north of Birmingham). Fort Payne a beautiful mid-size close knit community where the community involvement and support is experienced. It is also a community who sets aside extra curricular activities on Wednesday nights and Sundays so that people can be free to participate in church ministries.
