Job Description

Grace Hill Church is seeking a part-time Director of Students and Outreach to help pursue the church vision to Nourish and Grow the Family of Christ. Information on what is desired of a candidate is listed below. Salary will be between $20,000 and $30,000 annually based on experience, additional gifts (music, tech., etc.) and hour-per-week commitment.

Grace Hill is a small church (approximately 60-80 weekly attendance) located in Hillsborough, NC. Grace Hill is a member of the Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church. For the 2025-2026 school year, there will be approximately 8 middle/high school students. While this number is currently small, there are several older elementary students who will soon be a part of the student ministry over the next few years. Also, this will allow the new Director opportunities to focus on outreach to the students in the Hillsborough area.

Grace Hill is a member of the Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church (ARP). Our theological perspective is reformed, drawing on the ideas of Calvin and Luther, but Christ and his Gospel is our greatest concern.

We have a desire to nourish the family of Christ by loving our growing number of children, teaching them to find the sweetness of Christ in the Gospel and by loving, serving, and encouraging every member of our church as a brother or sister in Christ.

We have a desire to grow the family of Christ by proclaiming the Gospel both locally and abroad and by loving our neighbors through acts of mercy and outreach.
