We are currently looking for a pastoral associate who would partner with us to invest in the growing youth community within our church and region.

Job Description

WHO? Someone passionate about discipling the next generation in the way of Jesus. Someone excited to build a community with a sense of a belonging and equip youth to impact their friends, families, and schools. Someone with relational and team building experience. Someone who can adapt to a changing environment over the next few years.

WHY? There is so much potential to connect, encourage, disciple, and equip the next generation.

Our church has been experiencing a season of growth, with many families, youth, and young adults following Jesus and being engaged in ministry. Over 30% of our church community is under the age of 25.

Looking at our local region, the West Island alone has 12 high schools (6 english, 6 french), with more schools in the regions west and east of us. There are many youth longing for hope and life beyond us.
